Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is significantly different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags and packaging should be included whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom-made products
- Personalized apparel
- Private custom Print-on-Demand (POD) orders
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items (if marked)
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
If you ordered the wrong size or selected the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee an exchange, we’ll do our best to help whenever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Send clear photos showing the issue.
- Our support team will review your request promptly and provide the best possible solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipping begins.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
For private custom or personalized orders, cancellations may not be possible after production has started.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to:
- Our mistake (wrong item, defective product, damaged item), we will cover the return or replacement costs where applicable.
If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper washing or misuse
- Minor color differences caused by monitor or screen settings
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personalized or custom-made products unless defective
